Role Overview

The US HR Compliance and Benefits Specialist position is responsible for providing support for the U.S.-based DRiV compliance processes and the administration of employee health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellbeing programs, and other ancillary programs for our DRiV business.

What You Will Do

Assist in management of US HR Compliance vendor partners, train key users on US HR Compliance process, systems, etc., and maintain US HR Compliance portal and process documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or related field, and 3+ years of employee benefits program or HR experience, including change management and creating and delivering communications and training.
