Job Description
The US Institutional Sales - Vice President/Director role is responsible for positioning Man Group's product suite with institutional investors across the United States. This includes promoting and servicing existing allocations, implementing a coverage strategy, and managing designated accounts. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with key investment contacts, conducting presentations, and managing on-going relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Institutional Sales
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently as well as on a team
  • Proven proficiency in problem resolution and demonstrated initiative
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain communication and partnership with many key stakeholders
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Compliance/Regulatory: Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory matters and adherence to procedures
  • Compliance/Regulatory: Successful completion of all qualifications, licenses, tests and other requirements required by any regulatory authorities
