Job Description
This position is for a US-Lead Genius to support Apple customers with hardware and software repairs. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Apple products, service, and repair processes, possessing strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills. They will work with a Genius Bar team to improve repair processes and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Retail or sales experience, or related work.
  • Visual inspection and fine motor skills for hardware repairs.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience mentoring or leading others.
