Job Description
Apple is seeking a US-Lead Genius to support customers with Apple hardware and software issues. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and resolving service concerns, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent service. The team leader will also contribute to training and mentorship of team members to improve repair processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Experience in retail or sales (or related work)
  • Visual inspection and fine motor skills for hardware repairs
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Experience mentoring or leading others
