Job Description
The Area Manager - Floor will be responsible for implementing the business plan for their area of responsibility, communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained. They will also supervise and develop associates and leaders, and attract and retain top talent. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.
