Job Description
Asset Protection Operations Coach responsible for driving sales, leading teams, and controlling unexplained loss of merchandise. Models customer service standards, provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, and builds accountability for policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college
  • 1 year's experience as a supervisor in a multi-department environment
  • 1 year's experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection in a multi-department environment
  • 2 years' experience in asset protection or related area
  • State requirements to work in asset protection
  • Criminal background check and/or firearms authorized training
