Job Description
The position of Food & Consumables Coach at Walmart involves leading and developing teams, providing exceptional customer service, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, with 2 years of college, retail experience, or general work experience. The annual salary range is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone, and State Pay Differential.

Requirements

  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms
  • Current state issued Certificate of Eligibility for facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements
  • Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments
