Job Description
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, drive and implement business plans, forecast staffing and workload, and supervise associates and leaders in an area of responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
1 year's experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors
Experience in managing workload and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas
