Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced User Experience Lead to lead research and accessible experience design for examiner-facing analytical and AI-assisted workflows for a Federal data analytics and AI modernization initiative.

Perform role-specific work to lead research and accessible experience design for examiner-facing analytical and AI-assisted workflows, collaborate with pilot agencies, and multidisciplinary technical teams through iterative development and user testing.

Requirements
- Experience leading user research and UX design for complex enterprise or Federal applications
- Demonstrated skill in workflow analysis, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and design systems
- Strong knowledge of accessibility and Section 508 requirements for Federal applications
- Experience designing data-rich dashboards, analytical workflows, and clear human-in-the-loop AI interactions
- Knowledge of authentication, RBAC, audit logging, accessibility, application performance, and secure coding
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with relevant project technologies such as Linux, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, Java or .NET, Jenkins, self-hosted Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/Rancher, and open-source AI models
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility, as required for all contractor personnel supporting the effort
