Job Description
As a Utilities Attorney Examiner 2, you will preside over complex proceedings and other public utilities cases, conduct settlement conferences, resolve procedural and discovery issues, and draft attorney examiner entries and proposed Commission entries and orders.

Requirements

  • License to practice law in State of Ohio
  • 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in one or more of following fields: economics, finance, accounting, engineering, physical or natural sciences, natural resources, environmental studies or utilities regulation
  • Biennial renewal of license to practice law
