Job Description
The Utilities Operator is an essential part of the City Brewery team working in a collaborative environment to achieve a shared goal. The position is responsible for the operation of various plant systems, including refrigeration, steam boilers, compressed air, and water distribution.

Requirements

  • Contributes to a safe workplace by performing all tasks in accordance with safety rules, codes, policies, and regulations
  • Operate and maintain utilities equipment, including ammonia systems, HVAC, high pressure boilers, and compressed air systems
  • Analyze data and information to make decisions on equipment maintenance and resource optimization
  • Documents daily activities and follows plant quality control policies and GMPs
  • Wears required PPE regularly and evaluates additional safety measures as needed
