Role OverviewThe Utility role at the Hanover location is responsible for learning a wide variety of responsibilities, including manually lifting, palletizing, packing, machine operation to include power industrial trucks and quality control.
What You Will Do
Operate production equipment and heavy machinery while performing required safety and quality checks. Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment, including packaging machines, ovens, and mixers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.

Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written. Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, complete changeovers, lift, twist, bend, and carry.
