Role OverviewJoin PA's dynamic consulting team partnering with leading utility clients on critical initiatives such as business transformation, energy transition, and decarbonization strategies. As a Utility Advisor, you'll work on some of the most pressing challenges facing the industry, from accelerating the energy transition to leveraging data and AI for smarter operations.
What You Will Do
Conduct research, gather and interpret data, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis. Develop insights and contribute to client deliverables, support and lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- 3 to 10+ years of utility experience, whether it be industry or consulting
- Electric, gas, water/wastewater utility or related advisory experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Passion for solving complex problems and driving change in the energy and utilities space
- Interest in strategy, digital transformation, data, and AI applications in utilities
- Willingness to travel
