Role OverviewResponsible for ensuring all china and glassware is cleaned efficiently and promptly, providing all facets of the dining venue with silver and dishware, and performing deep-cleaning duties as assigned by culinary management.
What You Will Do
Ensures compliance to standards set by management, keeps work area clean and sanitary, and performs detailed cleaning of kitchen equipment as assigned.

- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to work in a fast–paced environment and stressful situations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
