Role OverviewAs a Utility Coordinator I, you will assist with utility conflicts, manage subsurface utility engineering investigations, and perform utility records research. You will work independently and with the project team to coordinate with utility companies and roadway engineers to meet clients' needs and objectives. You will also assist with client deliverables, project guides, and project reviews.

Your main responsibilities will include identifying and resolving utility conflicts, managing and coordinating subsurface utility engineering investigations, and performing utility records research. You will also work with project teams to coordinate with utility companies and roadway engineers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 2-years related experience
- Ability to read and understand contractual documents
- Basic understanding of real estate principles
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu, ArcGIS, KMZs, AutoCAD, or MicroStation
- Familiarity of Transportation/Roadway/Utility industry
