Role OverviewThe Utility Foreman will supervise, coordinate, and assist in the construction and repair of both overhead and underground distribution. The role requires strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and inputs simultaneously, and a focus on safety and accuracy. The Utility Foreman will work to ensure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded, and will be responsible for directing construction/repair crews safely and efficiently.
What You Will Do
The Utility Foreman will supervise and coordinate construction and repair crews, respond to and resolve customer issues, provide leadership and training to line and service personnel, and champion safe work practices. The role will also involve managing multiple activities and changing priorities, working well under pressure, and recognizing hazards in the workplace.
