Role OverviewA laborer is required to perform intensive physical construction labor duties such as hand digging while utilizing various tools and methods around all underground utilities for service and main work that is being performed. This will include but not limited to digging trenches and/or ditches, backfill and compacting. As a labor you must be physically capable of performing all work that is assigned to you by the foreman.
What You Will Do
Operate construction equipment, maintain vehicle/equipment cleanliness, perform tasks involving hand and power tools, and support techs and foremen as assigned.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
- Must have the ability to safely operate a motorized vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, push, and/or pull, twist, and make repetitive hand movements
- Ability to load, carry, lift, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 80 pounds
- Effective communication skills and ability to speak clearly with team members
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to act with integrity and respect of personal and public property
- Ability to work in all types of weather
