Job Description
Royal Oak is looking for a Utility Operator C to package charcoal briquets, requiring high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to troubleshoot, train, and lift up to 60 lbs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot and operate all positions within area
  • Ability to identify quality defects and source of defects
  • Ability to train new wrapper operators
  • Ability to complete roll changes within 3 minutes or less; line change over in 15 minutes or less
  • Ability to operate multiple lines (3 different machines)
  • Ability to complete FROI and do RCA along with Supervisor
  • Ability to effectively perform 5S audit
  • Ability to Train B Operators on necessary pre-shift setup and how to perform PMs for necessary equipment
