Utility/Dishwasher responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of plates, cups, glasses, kitchen utensils, and floor areas, while providing personalized service to guests.

Requirements

  • Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and utensils
  • Empty trashcans and maintain supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of back loading dock and dumpster area
