Role OverviewAssist in daily operations of the Finishing Department, participating in training and actively practicing the STOP Safety Program fundamentals to achieve a zero-accident rate. Safely and efficiently assist with production machinery, monitoring quality and production while adhering to customer specifications.
What You Will Do
Retrieve necessary setup information, follow instructions, and complete necessary sheets for quality checks. Participate in safety programs, attend meetings, and train new employees as necessary.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
