Role OverviewThe Utility Operator position is responsible for supporting the bag lines to safely deliver the highest quality products at the best efficiency and lowest scrap possible through the use of effective manufacturing methods.
What You Will Do
Make box bottoms and lids according to specification, empty scrap containers, and assist operators and QA to assure quality standards are upheld.

The successful candidate will be able to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision, have previous manufacturing experience, and be able to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 26 lbs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain it) preferred
- Ability to stand for 12 hours
- Ability to lift up to 26 lbs (sometimes overhead)
