Job Description
Utility Plant Maintenance/Relief Operator responsible for checking, servicing, repairing, and maintaining water department equipment, buildings, and vehicles. Performs welding, painting, carpentry, and mechanical repair tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Missouri Class D Water Plant Operator's License within six months
  • Knowledge of Water Department Safety regulations, guidelines, and programs within three months
  • NIMS-level training within six months of hire
