Role OverviewThe utility position is a jack of all trades, responsible for keeping the restaurant looking and running perfectly. This role involves assisting the Service team, helping with food and drinks, polishing silverware, resetting tables, and maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness.
What You Will Do
Polish silverware, wine glasses, and champagne flutes, run full wine racks through the dish machine, restock ramekins, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, keep ice refilled and stocked, participate in restroom checks, and help maintain back dock cleanliness.
