Utilization Management Outpatient Clinical Supervisor RN

Requirements

• Supervise outpatient clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with UM policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide clinical support as needed
• Develop and maintain a structured outpatient clinical audit program
• Assist in the development and updating of UM criteria, guidelines, workflows, policies, and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and monitor production and quality of work
• Remain current with California Children’s Services benefits and guidelines
• Manage timecards, PTO, flex, and vacation schedules
