Job Description
CapTech's Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a UX Architect with a track record of designing sophisticated, intuitive, and impactful digital brand experiences that are informed by qualitative and quantitative user research and accessibility best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong conceptual and visual communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of interaction design and usability principles
  • Proven understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies
  • Strong analytic capabilities
  • Proven understanding of product strategy, heuristic analysis, information architecture, user research, user interface and interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Experience with multiple domains of human-centered design
  • Figma expertise
  • Proficiency in comparable design tools
  • Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles and practices
  • Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards
