Job Description
CapTech's Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a UX Architect with a track record of designing sophisticated, intuitive, and impactful digital brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and visual communication skills, expert knowledge of interaction design and usability principles, and the ability to span multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience in a consulting or agency context
  • 4-year+ degree in design, fine arts, or similar
  • Proven written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills
  • Experience with multiple domains of human-centered design
  • Figma expertise and proficiency in comparable design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles and practices
  • Familiarity with WCAG and other accessibility guidelines and standards
