Job Description
This UX Designer position involves working on the customer-facing and employee-facing design systems, evolving the library after the launch of the new online banking experience in 2025.

Requirements

  • Create and update documentation and graphics for design docs
  • Build, fix, and test Figma components
  • Create dev specs
  • Design and test Angular components
  • Collaborate with content and ADA accessibility partners
  • Stay up to date on competitive analysis of other design systems
  • Answer help desk questions
  • Attend or facilitate open office hours
  • Attend or facilitate early Design Reviews with product designers
  • Attend or facilitate design system Design Reviews
  • Attend or facilitate design system governance meetings
  • Research, audit, and prepare topics for design system governance meetings
  • Attend or facilitate working sessions across product design teams to align
  • Work on special projects as requested
