Job Description
FieldPulse is a high-growth field service management software built specifically for the trades, looking for a UX Designer to design end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile products, translating complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and elegant user flows and interfaces.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving process
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar)
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and interaction design
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
