Role OverviewWe are looking for a UX Quality Specialist to help shape the future of digital and physical spaces within the cockpits of Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Working within a diverse cross-disciplinary team, you will identify cabin control strategies and ensure that the solutions being designed and implemented exceed customer expectations.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will work under experienced Customer Confidence & Centerstack team leadership and support the Digital Experience Quality center of excellence within Digital Product Design by collaborating with cross-functional teams, championing 'glidepaths' for component strategies, reviewing customer feedback, and benchmarking competitive cabin control strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ergonomics, interactive design or equivalent, 3+ years of experience in user interface or user interaction design, and 3+ years of experience with Ford/Lincoln Digital Experience product development or equivalent.
