Job Description
The Customer Excellence Group (CEG) at ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Consultant to build and drive customer adoption of their platform. This role involves designing and validating user experiences, leading design workshops, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to deliver measurable results. It's a functional and technical expert role requiring a passion for human needs and business impact, ideally with a background in JavaScript or another web development skillset.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of configuration or development experience on ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform GenAI capabilities leveraging Now Assist
  • Current ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
  • Experience with common JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
  • Team player and team builder
