Job Description
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for crafting seamless user-centric digital experiences that drive engagement and innovation across the Miller Sports + Entertainment platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is needed.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar web design-oriented role, with a good understanding of digital marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and the customer journey process.
  • A clear understanding of UI & UX design principles and best practices.
  • Comfortable receiving constructive feedback on design work.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, etc. is preferred
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
  • Frequent high levels of intensity and stress are associated with this position
  • Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and occasional late nights
  • Long hours sitting, standing, or doing repetitive motions for intermittent periods
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Must be able to make sound decisions under pressure
