UX/UI Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
• 2+ years experience in UX/UI design (or strong portfolio proving capability)
• Strong portfolio showing not just visuals — but your thinking, including: workflows and user journeys, problem-solving, iteration, usability improvements
• Experience with tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and interaction design
• Ability to turn vague requirements into structured solutions with clarity and confidence
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work across product + dev teams
• Experience designing responsive web applications (desktop + mobile)
• Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge (not required, but helpful)
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and able to balance speed with craft
• Passion for building experiences that feel modern, intuitive, and unusually easy to use
