Requirements

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Experience with hotel reservation software, like Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS
  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
