Role OverviewCinterra is looking for experienced Vacuum Truck Drivers/Operators who will drive and operate vacuum trucks to perform verification (daylighting) of existing utilities on/off road, trenchless excavation for utility construction, drill mud transport & vacuum truck support for HDD and construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
What You Will Do
Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times. Supplying a safe, effective and professional service to our clients, Operating vacuum trucks or trailers, Completing tasks associated with vacuum truck excavation, trenching and shoring.

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, tools, and equipment (up to 50 pounds or more), Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain, Endurance to perform physical tasks throughout the workday, including bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement
- Minimum 6 months of hydrovac experience
- Experience with Vactor, Super Products and GAPVAX and Vermeer vac trailers/trucks
- Trenching and excavation experience
- Ability to travel, as needed
- Ability to be on-call for emergency response work
