Job Description
Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Vacation Rental team as a Property Manager at Wild Dunes Resort located on the Isle of Palms, SC. We are looking for a professional with experience in resort-orientated property management or the hospitality industry, with a PMIC License and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Requirements

  • Inspect each vacation rental property for maintenance and housekeeping needs
  • Maintain and review all owner financials
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance management
  • Act as a liaison with community regime managers
  • Meet with owners to maintain positive relations
  • Maintain accurate files for related correspondence
  • Responsible for exterior/interior maintenance inspections
  • Coordinate unit upgrades with homeowners and staff
  • Assist owners with Resort operational concerns
