Role Overview

Lead the Field Package Sales (FPS) team in the Greater Atlanta Area to dominate events, festivals, and shows. Drive tour flow through selling vacation packages and create world-class first impressions for guests.

Scale the business by executing high-impact marketing activities and events, build a winning team by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring sales reps, and drive results by surpassing monthly budgets and implementing creative strategies.
