Job Description

Vactor is seeking an Intern in their Credit Department for the summer of 2026. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance.

Requirements

College student, preferably in junior or senior year of college pursuing a finance degree.
Financial Statement Review
Reviewing Credit Applications and verifying Bank & Trade References.
Reviewing Credit Reports
Setting up Customer Accounts (Pricing, how they get their invoice, verify information).
Exemption Certificates and Resale Certificates (Vertex System)
Introduction to Sales Tax (Rates and Amount to charge based upon delivery of equipment and exemption status)
MSO (Titles)
Insurance Certificates (Coverage Amounts, Due Dates, Additional Named Insured and Loss Payee)
Customer Facing Duties (emails, phone calls, etc.)
Navistar Audits
Working as part of a Team
Switchboard Coverage
