Role OverviewWe are seeking a professional, customer-focused Valet Cashier to join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Sacramento. As one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional arrival and departure experience while ensuring accurate and efficient parking transactions.
What You Will Do
Welcome guests, provide exceptional customer service, direct guests to parking areas, verify cash banks, issue parking tickets, process payments, safeguard cash and transactions, handle exception transactions, provide accurate change, complete daily reports, and maintain a clean cashier station.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum one year of cash-handling experience required
- Previous hospitality, valet, parking, hotel, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to drive vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions preferred
- Strong problem-solving and guest-service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
