Job Description
As Assistant Local Manager, you will lead, develop and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals. You will assist with preparations for the opening day, take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs, and address and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

  • Team player who can work independently and understands the importance of leadership
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Professional attire and good hygiene
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexibility and willingness to work during "peak" retail hours
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
