Job Description
Fiske, a Springline company, is seeking a Valuation Services Director to lead complex valuation engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred)
  • ABV, ASA, or CVA certification highly preferred
  • 7+ years of experience with business valuation-related projects within a CPA or advisory firm
  • Experience in intellectual property valuations, 409(a) valuations, employee stock option plans, valuations of business entities and intangible assets (ASC 805 & ASC 820), and/or purchase price allocations highly preferred
  • Collaborative mindset: You thrive in a team environment and embrace continuous learning
  • Adept at working at a fast pace while maintaining precision and meeting deadlines
  • Effective communicator with strong verbal and writing skills, including advising and communicating solutions and issues to clients
