Prepare commercial real estate appraisal reports from cover to cover, define scope of work, select and apply valuation approaches, and maintain clear communication with clients.

Requirements
- State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser required
- MAI designation preferred, but not required

- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, with a focus on client communication
