Job Description
We are partnering with a leading energy and industrial manufacturing organization to identify a Value Stream Manager – Fabrication to lead operations within a high-growth, advanced manufacturing facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in: Manufacturing operations or Lean leadership roles
  • Strong experience with: Lean principles (flow, Kanban, PFEP, standard work), KPI-driven performance management, Continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven leadership experience: Coaching teams, Driving accountability and engagement
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
