Job Description
Pine Heights at Brattleboro is seeking a Van Driver to safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other destinations. The driver will be responsible for adhering to traffic laws, communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.

Requirements

  • Current driver’s license and excellent driving record
  • Previous experience in patient transportation or a similar role (preferred)
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (preferred)
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Compassion, patience, and empathy in working with seniors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
