Role OverviewAs a Van Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of clients, staff, and materials across programs and community locations. You will be a front-line representative of the organization, promoting professionalism, confidentiality, and client-centered care at all times.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation of clients and staff, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of a Missouri Class “E” license with an “S” endorsement, CDL with an “S” endorsement, or an out-of-state equivalent, with clean driving record
- Prior experience transporting individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, or medical conditions preferred
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving or transportation support experience preferred
- Pass a drug screen and physical
