The main responsibilities of the Van Driver include assuring the safety of each resident during transportation, accompanying residents on medical visits, and observing guidelines for signing in residents, presenting documents, and obtaining prescriptions.

Requirements
- Physically able to help ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents transfer to and from wheelchair to vehicle
- Valid state driver's license
- Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.)
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal record
- Any other state required certifications
