Role OverviewJoin our team of pet lovers as a Van Driver, responsible for safely transporting pets to and from Animal House. You will be operating a large van, providing a comfortable ride for our guests, and adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include safely transporting pets, cleaning the shuttle, providing customer service, reading dog behavior, and ensuring safety and security.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with pet parents
- Ability to safely lift at least 50 lbs
- Physical stamina to handle dogs on leashes, lift dogs, and move throughout our facility
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or challenging situations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine inspections
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of local routes and landmarks is preferred
