Role OverviewThe VAS Supervisor 1st Shift will report to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager and be responsible for managing staff, supervising computer entry work, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of shipments according to customer specifications.
What You Will Do
Assign work assignments, monitor quality and accuracy of shipments, communicate with customers, and ensure employee safety and training.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience in co-pack and warehouse environments, experience with WMS software, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in co-pack
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred)
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database
