Role OverviewThe VAS Supervisor 1st Shift will report to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager and be responsible for supervising staff, managing computer entry work, and overseeing paperwork flow. They will ensure the quality and accuracy of shipments, communicate with customers, and implement actions required. The supervisor will also ensure the safety and training of employees, drivers, and contractors, and maintain equipment according to manufacturer's recommendations.

Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training in co-pack, 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, and experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred). They will be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and speak English, and have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Requirements
