Role OverviewThe VAS Supervisor will manage staff assigned to the 2nd shift, including employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions. They will be responsible for supervising all computer entry work and paperwork flow, ensuring quality and accuracy of shipments, and communicating with customers.
What You Will Do
The VAS Supervisor will assign work assignments, monitor quality and accuracy, ensure customer requirements are met, and respond to customer inquiries. They will also oversee safety, training, and development of employees, drivers, and contractors.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in co-pack
- Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training in warehouse environment
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred)
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Database
