Job Description
The Vault Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the route and dispatch function, controlling costs, and ensuring the safety and security of employees, vehicles, and facilities. The position requires excellent analytical and math skills, solid written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy are essential.
  • Must possess solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems is required.
  • Familiarity with computerized timekeeping systems and cash processing equipment is preferred.
